Small print - Notes to our rates

- The Austrian Hotel Contract Terms (ÖHVB)
apply for bookings already made. In case the rates in the booking confirmation differ, the rates from the currently valid price list apply. A new price list invalidates all previous price lists! Price changes, printing errors, mistakes, as well as change of offer excepted! The agreement for accommodations is given in accord with the Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH) 2006 as well as other special conditions. - In case of a FIXED booking (valid only in writing)
of an apartment or a room we request a deposit as stated in the booking confirmation (free from costs for the recipient). The deposit is to be paid by postal cheque or by bank transfer to our account (account at the bank "Raika" in Ischgl, account no. 23887, sort code 36248 (free from costs for the recipient). Please also note our IBAN CODE for bank transfers: IBAN AT 95 3624 8000 0002 3887 / BIC RZTIAT22248)! - We do NOT rent double rooms for single use!
In case of a double room booked for a single person, the full rate for a double room is charged without reductions! - Methods of payment
cash, euro cheque (A, D, NL, CH), card payments accepted from 3 days of stay - For stays of up to 3 days
a surcharge for short stays applies. - Season-Opening and Season-Closing: therefore we charge the Ski Magic Prices!
- If you book a package week
you will not get refunded in case of late arrival or early departure. - Final cleaning of apartments
from will be charged additionally. - WE DO NOT ACCEPT PETS!
- Cancellations
are only valid in written form. Up to three months prior to the planned day of arrival the accommodation contract can be cancelled without cancellation fees. Up to one month prior to the planned day of arrival we charge 40%, up to one week prior to the date of arrival we charge 70%, and during the last week prior to the date of arrival or in case of early departure we charge 90% of the entire period booked. The Austrian Regulations apply. We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance (www.europaeische.at)! - Trip cancellation
insurance we take out private travel insurance recommended at the end of the reservation. It covers all cancellation costs in case of accident, illness, death of the insured or his family members before the holiday and during the stay. Please ask us - we will inform you in detail or in this book: trip cancellation insurance -(www.europaeische.at). - Non-smoker - Smoker?
Please note that our rooms, apartments, and our breakfast room are no-smoking areas. You are welcome to smoke on the balcony. - Arrival and departure
The rooms and apartments are usually not available before 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. The rooms and apartments have to be vacated by 9.30 a.m. on the day of departure. On arrival after 19:00 clock we ask for notification.
